About The Owners.
Chloe started The Trendy Whippet in 2016 after her and her partner got their 8-week-old baby whippet, Ren. Heading into Autumn she noticed Ren was starting to feel the cold.
After scouring the web, Chloe decided to begin making her own sighthound clothes. She started from scratch and entered the world of e-commerce with a mission to put her stamp on the sighthound clothing industry. The Trendy Whippet was born.
Around a year later, they added a beautiful short-haired Saluki, Lola, to the pack. Chloe realised she would have to design and produce a larger range of products to suit all sighthounds.

The Products.
Starting out with waterproof coats, wide leather collars and some indoor jumpers she expanded into onesies (my personal favourites!) and fluffy jumpers. There are even hi-vis waterproof coats for walking your pup on our grey, murky British winter mornings.
As the orders flooded in, and with customers loving her product range, Chloe added leads, martingale collars and harnesses to her store.
I love the fact that The Trendy Whippet utilises local seamstresses and knitters to make their products, keeping quality control as the focus of their business. Each item is thoughtfully designed by Chloe with sighthounds in mind.
Gifts For Humans.
The Trendy Whippet doesn't just cater for sighthounds though! They also sell a beautiful range of scarves, pyjama sets, and jewellery designed for the discerning sighthound mum or dad.
So, if you need a gift for a fellow whippet or greyhound mum or dad, they've got you covered.
Returns.
The Trendy Whippet offers a generous 30 day returns policy and include a sizing chart on each product listing so you can measure you own sighthound before ordering. This is really important as, running a clothing store myself, I know sizing is the most common reason for returns.
It's much easier to do a quick measure before ordering, rather than having the disappointment of your gorgeous new coat or jumper not fitting.
Sizing.
Talking of sizing, they cover a wide range of sizes from:
- XSMALL: Length 14″ (35.5cm)
- SMALL: Length 18″ (45.5cm)
- MEDIUM: Length 22″ (56cm)
- LARGE: Length 24″ (61cm)
- XLARGE: Length 27″ (68.5cm)
- XXLARGE: Length 31″ (78.5cm)
This should cover the needs of the smallest of whippets up to the bigger lurchers! Remember to always measure from the base of the neck to the top of the tail for a good fit.
